Dara’s Garden give tours by appointment. As long as an event is not taking place, Dara’s Garden takes appointment Tuesday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm. We also take appointments on Saturday from 9 until 1pm. Our offices are closed on Sunday and Monday if an event is not taking place.

We would love to meet with you so make sure to let us know a day and time you would like to come tour the grounds and talk further about your special event by calling 865.609.3272.

Event Amenities

This is an 4 hour time period perfect for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays and anniversary celebration that includes the following:

  • Spacious Parking Lot
  • Flat screen mounted TV and blue ray player available for slide shows
  • 100 white padded garden chairs
  • 3 hightop tables for standing room
  • 10 Round guest tables with white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • All needed food and beverage tables ground length linens for selected menu and guest wares appropriate for selected menu as well as food service equipment and utensil
  • Complimentary centerpieces designed by the in house designer
  • 6′ rectangle registration table
  • 6′ rectangle favor table
  • Your choice of white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • Use of the tent pavilion which is fully equipped for your electrical needs and enhanced with surrounding flower beds, chandelier lighting, stone walkways and twinkle lights.

Ceremony Package

This is a 4 hour time period for wedding reception and includes the following:

  • Spacious Parking Lot
  • Flat screen mounted TV and blue ray player available for slide shows
  • Up to 200 white padded garden chairs
  • Complimentary iced water station for your guests as they arrive
  • Private bridal suite with make up mirrors, dressing area, sitting area, shower, restroom
  • Private groom’s quarters with cable TV, lounge, restroom and separate changing room
  • 6′ guestbook table with your choice of white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • 6’ gift table with your choice of white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • Use of the tent pavilion which is fully equipped for your electrical needs and enhanced with surrounding flower beds, chandelier lighting, stone walkways and twinkle lights.

Reception Package

This is a 5 hour time period for wedding reception and includes the following:

  • Spacious Parking Lot
  • Flat screen mounted TV and blue ray player available for slide shows
  • Up to 200 white padded garden chairs
  • Up to 3 hightop tables for standing room
  • Your choice of a sweet heart table with 2 chiavari chairs and covers or 2 square tables for a head to seat 14 guests
  • Up to 20 Round guest tables with white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • Soda, water, and light snack tray for both the bridal suite and the groom’s quarters
  • All needed food and beverage tables ground length linens for selected menu and guest wares appropriate for selected menu as well as food service equipment and utensil
  • 6′ guestbook table with your choice of white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • 6’ gift table with your choice of white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens

This is an 8 hour time period for both your ceremony and reception that includes the following:

  • Up to 200 white padded garden chairs
  • Complimentary iced water station for your guests as they arrive
  • Up to 3 hightop tables for standing room
  • Private bridal suite with make up mirrors, dressing area, sitting area, shower, restroom
  • Sweet heart bridal table with 2 chiavari chairs with chair covers or 2 square tables for a head to seat 14 guests or less
  • Up to 20 Round guest tables with white, black, ivory or chocolate brown ground length linens
  • Private groom’s quarters with cable TV, lounge, restroom and separate changing room
  • Soda, water and light snacks tray for both the bridal suite and the groom’s quarters
  • All needed food and beverage tables ground length linens for selected menu and guest wares appropriate for selected menu as well as food service equipment and utensil
