Is there a facility fee?

The private, attractive room is free of charge with any “meal” event. However, if you need space only with no food service, this is allowed and a room fee will be assessed.

Are there parking fees?

No, there is plenty of FREE parking in a well-lit level lot with lots of handicapped designated areas.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for the deposit and final payment.

How do I reserve space?

To formally reserve a room, a deposit is required along with signature on the contract. The deposit is a pre-payment and will be subtracted from the final invoice.

Do I need an appointment to view the facility?

In order to view one of the seven private rooms, it is always best to make an appointment to insure that you see the desired room, as events are going on all the time. The sales staff is available during the day, some evenings and some Saturdays. Call Rothchild Catering venue and catering coordinator and they will accommodate your schedule. Please note, we will do our very best to accommodate walk-ins.

Can I provide my own food?

No, we do not allow outside food and beverages into the building.

Are linens included?

Yes, Rothchild Catering along with its sister company, Event Rentals by Rothchild, has its own linen inventory and laundry. There is a wide selection of colors and styles. The first, standard linen on each guest table is FREE of charge. Specialty overlays, runners, chair covers and other enhancing items are available with a rental fee.

Do you ever deliver food?

Yes, Rothchild Catering is delighted to deliver to the location of your choice. We will travel up to a radius of 200 miles.

Can menus be modified?

Yes, we specialize in taking the extra time to customize food service to meet your exact needs and tastes.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes, Rothchild understands you might have a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free guest. Please notify us in advance with the guests name and phone number and we will prepare a meal to suit their particular needs.

Can I provide flowers, décor and entertainment?

Yes, Rothchild Catering works with many talented vendors. You can bring any of the items yourself, or check out our Vendors & Friends.

Do I clean up?

No, the Rothchild professional service staff cleans up the room. You only need to take with you any items you brought into the facility.

When is the guest count needed?

The lead time on the final guest guarantee varies with the type of event. The exact date for the final guarantee is always listed in your contract.

What if extra guests show up?

Rothchild Catering always plans for a few extra. You will pay for the number guaranteed or the number of guests in attendance. In order to get the service you deserved, it is vital to reserve us for the number you expect. A significant overage will affect your service and guest experience.

Do you offer bar service?

Yes, we are licensed and have ABC trained bartenders. Rothchild Catering will customize the bar operation to accommodate your exact needs.

Do you offer Audio-visuals?

Yes, Rothchild Catering has a full array of items for rent, or you can provide your own. If we cannot meet your needs, we will gladly recommend an outside vendor.

Can I just pick up food?

Yes, most definitely, if you do not need a full service, Rothchild Catering will gladly prepare the particular delicious items you need.

Do you offer specialty services?

Absolutely, Rothchild Catering sister company, Event Rentals by Rothchild, offers a wide variety of items to enhance your special events and parties. We can conveniently coordinate all the details or you can do so yourself.
